This September, we attended the Associated Security Services and Investigators of the State of Texas (ASSIST) annual convention in San Antonio, Texas. We had the privilege to present about the gold standard process of MMPI testing and psychological evaluation for armed and unarmed security officers and guards, to ensure the psychologist being utilized by companies, is exercising a valid, effective, and accountable method. Dr. D’Arienzo is a national expert in security officer evaluations utilized by companies worldwide.

While at the conference in San Antonio, we also stopped at the corporate office to service one of our clients, HEB, at their headquarters, and evaluated several guards that day. Psychological interviews are conducted either virtually or in person based on the company’s needs.

After evaluating several guards at HEB’s corporate office, we visited several armed officers in the field both at a HEB grocery store and at the visitor center.
