Teens and Young Adults on the Pandemic
When we are in a struggle, we tend to think of it as overwhelming and never-ending. I wanted to encourage young adults and teens that this will soon pass. I encourage you to ask yourself, “is there a lesson that I can learn from this?” Personally, I started to feel gratitude for things that I never thought about being grateful for. I want you to see that at this moment, a lot of us are okay. This storm will pass. Make sure you are careful about what you are exposing yourself to. Nobody knows what is going to happen. Part of life and growing up is knowing that we never truly know what is going to happen. It is a difficult time, but life will go on and it will pass. Try to figure out your daily routine and stick with it.
