Materials Needed: small notebook & pen or computer tablet.

Continue to rate your anger level on the Anger Meter over the next few days and begin to rely on a strategy that works for you. Also, continue to practice Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), body scanning for tense muscles, and deep breathing exercises daily.
